Well, so far I've been feeling pretty good the last few weeks considering I still have a lingering cold. I would have never thought two weeks ago I'd be saying that I felt great and I'm seeing results. I stuggled so much just to get to this point. My diet has been coming along and improved which has most likely helped me on my running as well. When I eat right, I feel wonderful.
Although I find it tough on somedays to fit in any of my workouts in, I'm very comfortable now with a 4 mile run. I think I really need to pick up my training more not so much my running but cross training, strength and core. I don't always have the opportunity to make it to the gym, but there is a ton of stuff I can do at home.
I've also started my fundraising again for Team In Training for Fairfield 1/2 Marathon. I'm very excited and I'm really looking forward to my 1/2 Marathon with the group in June. My last race I was unable to join them do to my surgery and I was unable to meet my fundraising goal. Now I'm back withTeam In Training and I'm ready to get back into it again. I've got a big job ahead of me I'm looking forward to the challenge.
