Wow 48??? What month am I in???
I can't believe I woke up to such a beautiful morning a bit cold for August but 48 degrees? I thought that August is suppose to be summer and one of the hottest months of the year? We've only had a few hot days, but so far the summer has been very nice. My poor blog buddies in Florida, wow I feel for you, Tropical Storm Fay doesn't want to leave :( and plus you all have had some hot weather this year. Wish you all were here to enjoy this great weather. Hope it's this nice on Labor Day.

I can't imagine what 48 degrees in August feels like!
One good thing about TS Fay, if there is one, is that temps are relatively cool (not going over 90). But the rain and wind make it difficult to train outdoors. Looks like another long run on the treadmill ...
