Not to Bad

Today I did a nice easy 7 mile run, very comfortable run. Only thing is I wanted to rack up my training this week and do a 10 miler. (if I'm lucky I'll put in the 3 miles later today we will see) Unfortunately I went a little backwards, hopefully next week coming up will be better week. I've been on antibotics that have been really taking alot of energy out of me and also not sitting so well with my stomach. But like I said, this run felt good, no struggling and very very comfortable this time and I remember to put both my inserts in my sneakers LOL. Again next week I have to aim for more training and better week. I'm already feeling a bit better than the last two (which this week I found out why). Glad to know I can do an easy 7 miler and be comfortable with it. Tommorrow I usually take the day off, maybe I'll go for a quick 3 or 4 mile run. :D. Let see what my body tells me. Need to eat more carbs (brown rice pasta and brown rice :( boy I really miss bread now more than ever) for energy and more veggies. Ate very light this week too which is bad. I really need to kick up a notch w/the training.

Good job, sis. It is good to take a break every now and then. I usually build for 3 weeks then "step back" for a week. Perhaps you were due. :-)

I agree with Chris. Not only for the body but for the mind too. But isn't it great to be able to say an "easy" 7-miler :-)
