Workouts

I always think I'm not working out enough. Although sometimes I push myself, I still feel that way. Today I should have did my run early, it is extremely hot and humid. Although I'm planning a long run on Saturday, I don't like running the day before although 4 mile runs seem pretty comfortable right now. Maybe on Friday I'll do a quick 1.5 with some biking. Today I want to work on my core, and hopefully I'll get a chance to hop in my pool too. I'm kind of bummed I haven't been able to get the work out this week I would like, I'm so limited during the week to put the time in I wake up a 4:45 am to just to get out of the house ontime to do a run. I have come a long way :D compared to when I started end of May and some set backs in June. Hopefully next week will be a better week of working out, although they said we have another heat wave in the 90's starting Monday.. YUK. (humid too)When my boys start school, I can do my run a little later around 9:00 a.m. which I prefer more. (only because it's dark at 5:00 am still) maybe I'll beable to sleep in for an hour. Hee Hee

Sounds like you having weather similar to what we have in Orlando. But if only ours could be considered a heat wave rather than normal (*sigh*). But it does make a pool seem quite attractive.
