I can't believe it it was my first 10.5 miles ever, it was a little tough not knowing the course and some hills, but I can't believe it. I ran with my mentor from team in training his name is Fred. Very supportive and waited for me alot :D. It went okay, I wish I could have gotten more sleep. I actually sleep horrible last night, so having a 10.5 mile fun on almost not sleep is to me amazing. But not to far away from my 13 mile goal. 20 miles this week as well yippee. Talking about making strides, but again, I'm always a bit slow. I know I'll get better as it time goes by, but I run because I love it. I never thought 2 years ago I would ever get to this point, after all the struggling I've gone through with my health, I can't believe I'm here. Wow. All because a big sister Chris, Shirley, and alot of great bloggers with their encouraging words. Thanks everyone your awesome. :D
