Well I found another 5K run at the end of this month on the 22nd. Plus they are doing a 1/2 marathon. I think I'm going to do the 5K. I still need more training for the 1/2 marathon before I run it. I'm going to go for it. Today when I worked out I was pretty sore and tired, just need a day off of some good rest. I didn't realize how much a good cardio work out would kick my butt.

You must give your body a rest every now and then, so listen to it and give yourself a break. You have been doing great with your workouts. Every now and then, you just feel tired. It comes with the territory!
