almost 1/2 way there

This week I'm aiming for either a 6 or 7 miles run. I'm doing a comfortable 4 mile and now that I have better music to keep my beat on my mp3 player (Thank Chris for you help) What a difference it makes. Friday should be the day, trying for earlier run if I don't have to run around too much. Still trying to figure out how to set up my blog a little better and my goal is to do more other training besides running. Tomorrow I'm doing cardio, abs and arms. (thinking of getting into biking as well)

I love cross-training and biking just happens to be what my husband enjoys doing too so it works out. It's also a great workout with much less pounding on the ol' body (my old body, didn't mean to imply you had one :-)
