Scheduling

Well this week, I'm going to try to put in the milege I wanted to last week. My weekends seem to get crazier by the second and getting up at 6 am on a Saturday mornings when it's still dark and in the teens, really discourages me from going outside. Plus I haven't even finished decorating my tree, which is up but not decorated. I went out today my first 1/2 (1.58) went really well, than I discovered how hot I was and decided to take my sweatshirt off (it was in the mid 50's). After I did that my heart rate monitor I think pooped out on me it was reading like 79 bpm. I said no way, I'm running? Maybe the battery going on it? After I took it off and put it back on like 3 times, it started to work again after a few minutes, but it threw my timing off and my pace. So, I walked the rest of the way and forgot to reset my watch. I did enjoy this beautiful weather today and enjoyed the run, this week it's going to drop back into the 20's & 30's (like tommorrow) and rain/snow for the rest of the week. I hope I get a chance to put in some type of a workout. I will probably end up doing core inside if the weather is to yucky. Also I noticed the last few runs my ankles have been killing me. Now I'm not to sure if it's the sneaker or the inserts. I'll keep you updated.

Not the run you planned but you got it done sis! Hang in there with the weather - spring will be here before you know it!

Weird about the HRM. But glad you enjoyed your run. Hopefully the ankle thing is nothing major.
