Well, went for my final visit to my doctor, I'm actually doing fine, no problems , no UTI's. Went for my final visit up at Yale and everything is good and he said I can train as much as a want :D. That makes me very very happy. Only thing is a bit of scaring from the surgery, which may have been causing me the problems I've been getting.
Today, I decided to get a pair of running shoes and I ended up getting yesterday a great pair of inserts. They make my feet very every happy. Let see if I now can get a proper fitting shoe, wish me luck, I'll let you know how I make out after all my running around today. (if no run today, I may have to hit the gym tonight) OOO and since I've been looking for some type of work, they are hiring for personal trainers at Bally's (must be a new one opening up in New Haven. I've also been a member of Bally's for about 8 years. I hope I get a response, filled out an online application online, I'll let you know how I make out.
Well let you know how I make out with the new shoes.

Whew, I'm sure that's a relief to get the all clear from your doc. Good luck with the job at the gym and new shoes!
That is great that you are cleared to run!!! Hope you find a good set of shoes - be sure you get a size large enough :-)
Then we can begin to think about a race to run together next year!
