New Week

Well, I took a few days, off but seems like I'm back in a routine again. We will see how I hold up. I need to get my iron levels checked again, it doesn't seem that my iron, vitamin D, and A supplements are enough for me. After my good workouts, the next day I drag so much, I don't even want to get out of bed. I know that running depletes iron, but wow, never though it would do that. I've been going backwards not forwards. I'm struggling more and more w/my time and I wear out too quickly. Hopefully I can get to see a doctor this week, I shouldn't be feeling this tired. Tommorrow I will hopefully do at least 3 to 4 miles.(gonna try to take my time and not push myself too much. VERY BIG NEWS: I just got and e-mail from one of the training coordinators, I joined a group that does runs for raise money for Leukemia and Lyphoma. If folks don't already know, I've had 3 family members w/leukemia and one who had both, unfortunately they are not with us today. So this would mean alot to me. I'm hoping I can train with them as well. They are doing a 1/2 marathon in Hartford in October. So I will keep you up to date. One thing at a time, first my health.... This is going to be fun, interesting, and for a great cause. I'll keep you all informed. Im crossing my fingers on tommorrows run.

Hi Tammy, Thanks for your kind words on my blog! I hope your run went well today. I know many who have trained with TNT and enjoyed it so I hope you get to do so as well. Let us know what the doc says ... that excessive tiredness does not sound good.
