A New Toy

Well, I finally got a bike..... Now since it's been like 16 years or so since I've been on one this is going to be fun. I figured I start to bike for my cross training because I know that would probably help me on my running. I also took Shirley's advise, I'm going to work on the abs and arms, (No Pain No Gain yippee) Well, hope this will improve my energy and time. We will see how the bike works out.

Great!!! I'm sure you'll enjoy riding again. On hot days, especially, I find riding to be much more pleasant than running and it mixes things up some (I love variety). Congrats on taking up the core & upper body challenge!
