Well folks I will start working out this week :D. Only thing is the running will have to be put on the back burner for another 5 weeks. So my doctor told me it's okay to walk :D, walking is good, I'm wondering of biking is good too. I'm very excited, if it is nice tommorrow, I'll start off with my first 1.56 miles. Let you know how it goes.
